Finally someone in this town that can make a great pie!

We ate on their back patio a few days ago. They have candlelit iron tables covered with umbrellas on their outdoor patio. (No indoor seating however.) From my understanding they do offer delivery all over downtown Charleston with a minimum order. Anyhow, we ordered two pizzas...a Margherita pizza and a Bianca pizza with roasted garlic and spinach. It was heavenly. The sauce on the Margherita pizza was so fresh. They were very generous with the fresh sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, and basil....which I noticed they grow on their back patio. Kudos for that! The Bianca pizza was definitely a treat as well. They really piled it high with fresh spinach, which upon speaking with one of the owners, we found out they use organic baby spinach. The huge chunks of roasted garlic on the Bianca is very tasty on this pizza and we wished we had known because we would have ordered it with double the amount of garlic...it is that good. We had a chilled bottle of Prosecco with our meal and loved the fact that we could eat pizza and drink Italian sparkling wine with it! Definitely would recommend this cozy neighborhood gem to anyone looking for the best pie in town!
